You will review your plan and go item-by-item to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. You will also receive a timeline of the building process, identifying key points in the building cycle.
Now is the time to close on your construction loan so permits can be obtained and construction can begin. To prepare for the loan closing, your mortgage lender will make sure the necessary paperwork is signed. You will need to provide your lender all requested supporting documents. This may include information regarding your income, assets and liabilities.
